Who runs this site
thinjen.com is the personal website of Jenny ("ThinJen"). For anything about your data, email Thinjen82@gmail.com and it will be handled personally.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form, and only when you choose to send it:
- Contact form — your name, email address and message, used to reply to you.
- Coaching application — your name, email address, chosen focus and goals, used to review your application and get back to you.
- Free guide and newsletter signups — your email address, used to send you the free guide and, if you stay subscribed, occasional emails from Jenny.
This site does not run analytics trackers and does not sell or share your details with advertisers.
The email list
Signups are stored with MailerLite, the service that sends the emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. If you want your address deleted entirely, email the address above and it will be done.
Cookies and local storage
- This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own.
- A small browser flag (session storage) remembers that you have already seen the free-guide popup, so it does not reappear during your visit. It expires when you close the browser.
- The shop uses the cookies WooCommerce needs to keep a cart and process an order.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, and podcast episode covers load from YouTube's image servers; those requests share your IP address with Google, as any embedded resource does. No YouTube video plays on this site without you clicking through to YouTube.
Payments
Purchases in the shop are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Card details go to that provider directly and are never seen or stored by this site.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email Thinjen82@gmail.com and you will get an answer from a person, not a system.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
